Spring Boho Wall Hanging Crochet Pattern

I just love how the macrame kick has created such a desire for wall hangings and the Spring Boho Wall Hanging is the crochet version of one!  I wanted something that incorporated the granny stitch (the 3dc’s we use together when making granny squares) yet had a bit of mesh or lace to it.  Three different designs were used because I couldn’t pick which one I liked more!

Fringe or No Fringe?

I personally think that fringe is a must for anything Boho, but not everyone agrees with me on that!  As with most patterns that call for fringe, it’s totally optional if you want any or not, and how long or short you’d like it, if you do.  I chose to go with super long fringe!

Materials Needed

I used half of a skein of worsted weight yarn: Yarn Bee Breathe Deep in the color Spa.  I love how this yarn feels!  If you cannot get this yarn, I recommend Knit Picks Brava Worsted instead.

4.5mm crochet hook

Stitch Markers

Yarn Needle

Scissors

½” or smaller diameter dowel rod or stick that is about 12” long

Measurements

Mine measured 17″ L x 10″ W without fringe.  You can make your wall hanging as long or short as you like with or without fringe, simply by leaving out sections as the stitch multiple for each section is the same!
